Sharon has worked in accountancy practices since 1991. In 2011, after 20-years in accounting, she founded Modina with the vision to offer financial support services to small businesses and drive growth through good financial management. A business owner herself, she understands the trials that business owners can face, especially when it comes to the financial side of things, and takes pride in helping her clients achieve their potential.

Joe is an Accountant with many years of experience helping clients manage their businesses. He is a very motivated individual who prides himself on building strong relationships with all his clients.The evidence of his impact speaks volumes, as numerous clients have enthusiastically praised Joe's role in fueling their growth and success.

Tyler is one of our newest additions. In his role as a Bookkeeper, he brings precision and expertise, ensuring our clients' financial records are in impeccable order. Tyler's dedication to accuracy and his keen eye for detail make him an invaluable addition to our team.

Toni-Marie has embraced various roles within the administrative, payroll, bookkeeping, and credit control realms since she joined us as maternity cover in 2015. Her adaptability and commitment to excellence shine through in every task she undertakes. Toni has great relationships with her clients and will always strive to keep them happy.

Lynda's journey into payroll started in 2008, and she became a valued member of our team in 2018. Within the payroll team, Lynda thrives, finding fulfilment in both her work and her client relationships. Her commitment to going the extra mile shines through in her dedication to providing exceptional service whenever it's needed.

Ryan became a member of the Modina team in 2019, and since then he's been on a journey of growth and learning. Within our team, Ryan excels at managing accounts, bookkeeping, and expertly handling VAT preparations. When he's not diving into financial numbers, you'll find Ryan passionately following sports, with a particular love for football, F1, and rugby!
